The best products aren't just easy to use—they help people feel confident when making important decisions. That's what has driven my work over the past 8+ years as a Sr. UX/UI (Product) Designer.

I specialize in turning complex financial systems and technical workflows into intuitive experiences that people can easily understand and trust. From authentication and onboarding to payments and account management, I enjoy solving problems where thoughtful design can improve both user confidence and business outcomes.

Throughout my career in Canada, Hong Kong, and Japan, I've partnered closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to transform insights into products that are simple, scalable, and measurable. My approach combines user research, behavioral insights, data, and rapid experimentation to validate ideas early and reduce uncertainty before development.

Rather than designing individual screens, I focus on understanding the entire product ecosystem—how people think, where they struggle, and how design can create meaningful change for both users and the business. I believe the best solutions come from strong collaboration, continuous learning, and balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.
